A Miyano That Cuts Like a Citizen!

Miyano has recently introduced the new BNX-42SY, which incorporates into its development the best of both the Miyano and Citizen worlds. This 42mm rigid and precise machine is integrated with a Citizen Mitsubishi M70 control. The BNX-42SY is equipped with 2 spindles and one 12-position (all live capable) turret that has the productivity equivalent of a machine with 2 spindles and 2 turrets.

Miyano BNX42SYThis revolutionary entry into the fixed headstock market features overlapping control, which synchronizes sub-spindle movement with the turret during machining on the main chuck. This allows for simultaneous machining of workpieces on both spindles from the turret. See Miyano BNX-42SY brochure for more information.
