12-position turret, subspindle, and live tooling.
The BND-series machine, powered with a 20 horsepower AC
spindle drive motor on the main spindle, now has the
potential to provide a Y-axis on the turret for more
precise machining. With a maximum bar capacity of
51mm, the BND-series is capable of producing complex,
high-value parts in a single set-up. A rigid and
fully synchronized subspindle with a hand scraped,
hardened, and ground slide ensures superior performance
and
accuracy.
